Processing may take up to 5 business days

Shipping Fee

Flat $2.99 shipping fee on all orders

No hidden handling or packaging fees.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Patiorra ships through a global fulfillment network.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Rest of the World 15–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows.

Occasional delays may occur due to:

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.

International tracking updates may not refresh daily — this is normal and does not indicate an issue.

Your package is still moving through the logistics network.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any applicable:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • local handling fees

are the responsibility of the customer.

Patiorra is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast fulfillment, orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged Items

If your Patiorra product arrives damaged, please send clear photos to our support team within 72 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
